Our Refunds & Return Policy

If you've received an item and wish to return it for any reason, please contact Expat Lifestyle through our WhatsApp within 14 days of receiving the items. Please explain why you're unsatisfied with the item and attach relevant photos. Expat Lifestyle will contact the item's Brand and relay your request.

Ensure that the items you return are unworn and in their original condition, except for your right to inspect the goods and try on the garments. It's your responsibility to package the returned goods adequately to ensure they reach Expat Lifestyle undamaged.
Please note, Expat Lifestyle cannot accept returns for women’s swim bottoms, one-piece swimsuits, lingerie items, earrings (including jewellery sets with earrings) due to hygiene reasons.

After the Brand confirms, proceed with returning the item. Items must be returned to Expat Lifestyle Store within 14 days of your ‘request for refund’ being approved by the Brand. Upon receiving the item, Expat Lifestyle will process your refund via your original payment method (Bank transfer or credit/debit card).

Expat Lifestyle is not accountable for delivery items lost in transit during the return process.

If an item becomes faulty after wear, you can inquire about a refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt. Please provide a thorough description of the fault, along with photographic evidence, to the Expat Lifestyle WhatsApp. After the Brand evaluates this information and Expat Lifestyle receives the returned item, any decision to grant a refund is at The Brand's discretion.

Exchanges are available for identical products, e.g., if you need a different size. If a different product is needed, you should request a refund via the Whatsapp and follow the refund procedure.

Expat Lifestyle will only cover return delivery costs if your order is faulty. Expat Lifestyle cannot cover return shipping costs due to dissatisfaction.
